Matthew’s place was amazing. Super clean, spacious and beautiful. This was not what we were looking for as we wanted something closer to Savannah with a Savannah feel however that was just preference. Matthew’s place is great for families since this apt has 2 rooms, 3 beds and a sofa bed. Has a full kitchen which would also be great for family breakfast. My boyfriend and I were alone and celebrating our 8 yr anniversary therefore we were looking for something a little more Savannah feel and intimate. Matthew’s place is wonderful and the resort pool was fantastic. Wish we could have enjoyed it more but the weather was also a little funky. Matthew was great in communication as well. I felt safe. The unit is about 10 mins from Forsyth park, restaurants and lots of other touristy spots. Savannah has been the best vacation ever. Beautiful architecture and the most pleasant people. Will definitely recommend this rental unit.

Mathew’s apartment was absolutely amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were cozy, and the pool was a 10/10! It was just a short ride to downtown Savannah and a quick drive to the outlet mall, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. It was 100% as described. It was clean, comfortable and ideal situated for our time in Savannah and Tybee Island. Matthew was super responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again at this or any of Matt’s properties. One thing really stood out was how low stress it was. I have been to other AirBnBs that had way too many rules and instructions associated with staying. Matthew made it very simple and thus very enjoyable. Thanks Matthew!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt cozy. Was very spacious for our family, beds were super comfortable. Our bathrooms were spacious as well. Pool was fantastic, not crowded and very big. Close to the historic district. We will reach out to the host about updates we would have liked the kitchen to have for our family since we love to cook on vacation, we know that’s not usual for everyone. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Matthew was very responsive and kind.

Matthew’s place was one of the best AirB&Bs I’ve stayed at. The instructions for entry and expectations for the rules were set clearly. The apartment itself was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated, it truly had everything we could need. Lots of close by easy restaurants and gas stations and a short drive to downtown Savannah. We would absolutely stay here again!

Matthew’s home was clean easy clear instructions to check in. The pool was relaxing. Beds were comfortable would highly recommend and would be staying here again with family if ever in Savannah again.

Matthew was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for our time in Savannah. Everything was just how he described. We enjoyed the pool and the workout facility. We would definitely stay here again!
